Dave Naber | B.Sc.
President
Dave holds a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta. He started working in the hot tapping industry May 2000 while attending the University of Alberta. Dave started EnReach Hot Tap Services shortly after graduating Engineering in 2005. More than 15 years in business has afforded Dave extensive knowledge of the industry and a keen understanding of what it takes to be successful. He strives to continue to offer innovative products and services in order to evolve with the growing industry. Moreover, Dave has extensive knowledge in design criteria including OH&S Safety, CSA, ASME, & ABSA. Dave continues to work for EnReach in his role as President and Operations Manager.

Engineering and Project Management, Amanjeet Dhaliwal | P.Eng, MBA
Amanjeet has been co-owner of EnReach since 2016. He has been working in the in-service industry since 2001 holding various positions ranging from Design Engineer, Project Engineer, Engineering Manager, as well as General Manager. Amanjeet has extensive experience in leading R&D projects including development of equipment, weld procedures, and processes related to hot tapping and line stopping. Prior to joining EnReach Amanjeet worked at various firms managing small and large teams of professionals. Amanjeet holds a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta and MBA from the University of Calgary Haskayne school of business. Amanjeet currently leads EnReach project execution and engineering team.
